Thursday's Tastycake : Aaliyah Maria

Photobucket

It's fitting to put this picture above. To the eye, it's more sweets than all the candy you collected after trick-or-treat. However she's tough as nails when it gets down to business. And she's a boss, educated enough to run a modeling agency, start a reality show as well as model. She gets straight to the point and get things done. And as an exotic dancer, she will keep you hypnotized 100% on her. I had to go to Toronto, the T-Dot, 416 to get this Tastycake. Just like their scene, their women are something to fall head over heels with. This tastycake is a prime example. Everyone, meet: Aaliyah Maria:

1. Introduce yourself to us readers. Everyone you are about to get very intrigued.
hey i'm Aaliyah maria.

2. You come from a very beautiful place. Toronto, Ontario. Talk to me about the T.Dot and how the city is, now that it's becoming a forefront in the market.
its exactly like new york but smaller. very friendly ppl and real good food LOL. i'm born and raised here so everything here is pretty normal for me. Toronto is by far the most MULTICULTURAL CITY i have ever been in. i didn't realize that until i started traveling a lot. you will find every single race here mixxed with every single race LOL i love it

3. So at first you weren't going to go model. After a few pics however, the demand skyrocketed. Did that made you decide to go for it after all?
i still don't consider myself a model. more an entertainer and performer. because that is what i LOVE to do. taking pictures comes with the job.

4. Measurements
34D-26W-43H

5.Talk to me about your resume. Your accomplishments
I've put out 5 mixtapes within the past year (promotional use only i am not a singer or rapper)
been featured in various online magazines and prints
been featured in various mixtapes and radio drops
done videos for various artists
i hope to accomplish more as the year goes on

Photobucket

6. You are also an exotic dancer. What made you decide to stick with it?
i have been dancing since i was 17. I'm 23 now. i have traveled all over north America dancing. i love to preform and entertain. dancing has given me a lot of opportunities throughout the years so i will not leave the industry until its time to do so.

7. Being an exotic dancer means you are open about your sexuality. More importantly your confidence is up. What keeps you on beat and showing the world who Aaliyah is?
confidence. motivation.

8. Would you recommend someone to become an exotic dancer....or even try it once. Why or Why not?
not everyone can have the certain mentality for this industry. some ppl just cant do it. i wouldn't tell anyone to do it but i wouldn't tell anyone not too. its a personal choice.

9. Talk about music. What are your favorite artists? (Keshia Chante? Drake? Andreena? ) How important. is music to you?
music is food for the soul. you listen to what your mood is and what you are feeling. music is important for all ears. i don't have a fave artist but right now in my deck is jeezy and gucci

Photobucket

10. As some models shy away from hosting mixtapes, you went full fledged on it. talk about your mixtape series with DJ Gutta and the success behind it (150,000 downloads)
i needed more promo and ppl to see me. so my former manager at the time decided it was best for me to start going full fledged with promo and doing mixtapes. now we have built a series off of it and lots of promo use for them. i didn't realize how successful the series was going to turn out. i just completed volume 5 and will be coming out with volume 6 soon. from those series i have done lots of mixtapes drops for various mixtapes and artist and lots of radio drops and interviews on the series alone.

11. You are also a boss. You are working on a reality show giving an inside look to the world of modeling. What do you want viewers to see? What will get exposed in this project?
how hard it really is for a female to come up into a male dominated industry. what its really like as an entertainer and performer behind the scenes. how much hard work events and party promo really is.
12. You are also opening up a modeling agency. What type of models you are looking for?
i am looking for all different types of models. i conducted a lot of interviews with a lot of faces. but now i know that there is nothing like meeting someone on the street or one on one for real actual work. i am mainly looking for females who want to work and not play 24/7

Photobucket

13. How important it is to stay fit?
extremely. it can make your or break your image/health

14. What are your favorite movies?
romeo and Juliette

15. In detail, how do you seduce a man?
i don't ... LOL

16. What type of man will get you interested?
a man with motivation, goals and determination. a man who is NOT lazy or a "rider" he also has to have a great sense of humour and is dedicated %100 to his family and woman. career is second.

17. What's next in store for Aaliyah Maria. when will we see her in the states.
whenever i get booked LOL

18. Your favorite saying is "People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime" Explain about it.
there's really nothing to explain, i think it's self-explanatory

Thursday's Tastycake: Brittany Dasani

Photobucket

Here's a lady that stays on her grind with nothing but progression on her mind. With several big-time magazine shoots as well as working for A&E television, she's going towards her goal by driving in several lanes at once. Straight to the point, along with vivid curves. I guess you can say she's like the water bottle named after her: Pure. Here's a taste of: Brittany Dasani

1. Introduce yourself to the world:

Ay yo world! My name is Brittany. I'm a 25 year old model from CT. I'm down to earth regardless of a pretty face, I'm hard working, smart, educated and one classy b*tch. I love hard and if you give me love and respect in return, your gonna get it back. You DON'T want to be on my bad side.

2. Where you from?

CT, NY

3. What got you to start modeling?

Well, since I was little I loved dressing up and playing with my grandmas makeup. Around 15 I was contacted by an agency and; of course at 15 I looked at it like " yes I can play dress up and wear makeup without getting yelled at by Mom!" so, I guess I'd say the agency I worked with helped to peak my interest.

4. What's your portfolio looking like (magazine covers, music videos, fashion shows)?

I've done a handfull of calendars. I've been in Online magazines Vblazin among others. Maxim En Espanol & Low Rider. Fashion shows aren't really my thing, and I'm working on the videos at the moment. It's hard when your not Kat stacks ya know! Sarcasm at it's fullest people!

5. Tell me about your first photoshoot and your reactions.

OMG I don't even remember my first shoot. I was probably nervous and had no clue what to do. I have definitely come into my own and feel extremely comfortable with my body now.

6. What's the one thing you like about modeling the most?

Being able to express myself.

Photobucket

7. What else you do besides modeling?(host parties? makeup artist?)

Once my site is up (Brittanydasani.com) hosting parties will come with that. But I work full time in post production for A&E television.

8. What would you like to benefit from your photoshoots in the long run?

Just to look back and say that I lived it to the fullest. I've had so many great opportunities come my way, traveled to amazing places & I've met so many wonderful people who in turn have come to be some of my closest friends around the country. That's the best reward ever.

9. Name 3 people you look up to.

I've never been one to " look up " to people. I do me, I make mistakes and learn from them. I look up to ME

10. What type of music you listen to? What artists are in your mp3/ipod?

Rap, hip-hop, R&B and pop. Some artist in my ipod?? lets think... T.I., 50, Travis Barker, wayne, Jeezy,DIPSET ALLL DAY, Lloyd Banks (fav rapper ever) Mobb Deep, Nu Jerzey Devil, Red Cafe, MJB, Britney, Christina, Game, Chris Brown, blue Cantrell, Kelis, Remy, MJ, Madonna... I could keep going!

11. You know models are dimepieces. How annoying is it when dudes holla or even stalk you because of your pictures?

okay first of all, models ARE NOT dimepieces. If you can walk around with no make-up, in sweats, a T and sneaks... your a dime. So, yes I'm a dime! Guys will be guys. It doesn't get to my head number one because I've been used to it since middle school and two, they do it to the chick before me and to the chick after me. I'm nothing special to them.

12. Is their any way to catch your attention? If so, what is the proper way to get at a women with model status?

I'm really picky. walk by me and ignore me or smile. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT try to holla at me with some " dayyyumm ma " crap because it's not respectful.

13. You can be very brief about this question. Why do people pay any attention to women like Kat Stacks? because their whores NOT women. I hope yall print this one up. There's classy chicks and there's chicks who don't care bout themselves and will exploit themselves, hurt and use people to get what they want. I rather struggle to get to the top then slut my way up. Plus none of them dudes even pay her no mind, the same dudes who leave her stranded hit me up on a daily basis and I aint even messin with them. She's NOT wife material! POW

Photobucket

14. How important is it to have a back-up plan for the people trying to pursue a modeling career?

Very. I modeled during college but I don't depend on modeling. I have more than one passion and I'm lucky enough to have it as my full-time job. Nothings set in stone so don't put all your eggs in one basket chickies.

15. What are the next moves for Brittany Dasani? next mag shoots? videos? I'm shooting for my website... which is probably why yall haven't seen many new pics of me. I'm saving them all for my site! I want brand new material for everyone to continuously come back to. So check back every once in a while Brittanydasani.com (in the works) I've spoken with a few mags which I obviously can't speak on yet and I've also gotten a handful of offers for videos. So I'm weeding through those now. You WILL be seeing me... just might take me a little longer than some ehhh hummm!!!

Thursday's Tastycake: Dominique Chinn

Photobucket

Just from this picture alone speaks vibes. This new lady on the scene has a whole lot to offer. She's perusing a degree in business, does real estate, partly owns a strip club, can cook a mean dish and is very down to earth. Not to mention she will have you drooling for days. With the demeanor she contains, I say she will be in a national spotlight in no time. She has the all-around package. You can't go wrong with that. As she opened her new website this week and just came out of her launch party, she took her delicate time out to do this interview. This interview will make up for the Thursdays I missed. Here's Dominique Chinn.

1. Introduce yourself to the world.
My name is Dominique Chinn (government name).I have a website that launched April 25,2010 www.DominiqueChinn.com . I am proud to say I have my real estate license, I’m pursuing my undergrad in Business Administration to own a couple of franchises, and I own a Gentlemen Club called Platinum City in Houston. 9629 Bissonnet Houston, Texas 77036. To sum me up, I would say that I’m a really smart, loving, caring person that strives for success.

2. What got you into the world of modeling? How was it taking your 1st photo shoot with Dwyane Darden of Summerbunnies.com?
I’ve actually been modeling since I was in middle school, so it has always been a passion of mind. I figured starting off modeling could open some doors to the industry of becoming an actress. My first photo shoot with Dwayne Darden was awesome. He gave me a great deal of insight on the urban modeling industry. He was very professional during the shoot, which made me feel very comfortable.

3. Measurements?
36D-25-41

4. Talk to me about Houston. The food, the people, the music. Heard a lotta good things about Houston.
Houston is great. A lot of women out here seems to be cornbread fed out here (laughing) ,meaning there are a lot of fine women that live in this city. The food is actually good and seasoned just like I like it out here. Mouth watering flavors from different restaurants. There are also a lot of nice people out here also, but every city has different people from totally different backgrounds ,and values which makes a world. The music out here also jams.

5. What's your portfolio looking like (magazine covers, music videos, fashion shows).
Well I just became very serious about modeling when I decided to start up my website that launched April 25,2010. So far I was featured in the April issue of Straight Stuntin Magazine, Fannatic Magazine, www.SummerBunnies.com , www.Phat247.com, and www.HipHopandBS.com

6. Tell me how important it is to have a good photographer in your shots.
It is very important to have a good photographer shooting you. First and foremost a professional photographer where you can feel comfortable expressing the way you look and pose for the camera.

7. Tell me one interesting event that happened at one of your photoshoots.
If anyone have seen my basketball set on www.SummerBunnies.com you would have never know that I didn’t have anything on in 30 degree weather. I couldn’t feel my feet I was so cold, but I felt like I should give my viewers what they might be interested in seeing me in. Jordans on and nothing else (laughing).

8. You just opened your website, http://www.dominiquechinn.com . What can we expect from your virtual world? How was your launch party at Platinum City?
Well I hope you all can expect seeing me in more magazines, and possibly seeing me in the big screen one day. My launch party actually started off at The Blue Door, and it was jammed packed. Then, we went to my Gentlemen’s Club that I own out here in Houston, which is Platinum City, and it was also wall-to-wall I spent way too much money in there last night, but hey I made it back at the end of the night with the door and bar money. Any time you come to Houston you should check it out. The are some very fine, and polite ladies that work at Platinum City 9629 Bissonnet Houston, T.X 77036. So everything turned out perfect .It was a big success. Everyone showed me so much love last night, and I appreciate all the love and support that was given for my website launch party.

9. For someone that is looking to host parties, What does a person need to know to do this properly? (example: staying away from janky promoters).
That is a true statement. References from a great amount of people is one of the key things. You need to know the promoters background references. I book girls to come to Platinum City all the time, and I promote it to the best of my ability, make sure they are well taken care of ,and very secured.

Photobucket

10. Dominique, fortunately you are another beautiful lady that also holds it down in the classroom. talk about your real estate business and your degree in Business Administration(same degree i have yea yea!). And how much value does a Bachelor's degree hold in today's society?
I’m actually still in college to receive my degree in Business Administration. I want to open up a couple of franchises. I love owning my own business. That makes me my own boss. To be honest, you really just need money, knowledge, and a promotion team to have a successful business. If you have enough money to open a business that is a plus. That degree gives you the knowledge to teach you how to run your business, but its all about how you market your business which makes it a success.

11. You also were bitten by the acting bug at a young age. Do you love acting more than modeling? What acting roles have you pursued?
I took theatre arts in high school so I did plays , and I absolutely loved it. I graduated high school at the age of 16 years old, and had to take on life to find a money making business that was going to take care of my standards of living, which made me have to put acting on hold. I actually love modeling and acting. I have a passion for both. I can step out the box, and get into character mode for acting .I can also get in front of the camera for shots that are appealing to what the project is for.So it’s a very hard chose to pick from.

12. How important is fashion to you?
Fashion is very important to me. Every time I step out the house I want to make sure that I look good. My mom always told me whatever you do ,just make sure you keep yourself up. So, it’s something that I’ve been taught all my life

Photobucket

13. You enjoy cooking. And everyone loves southern hospitality. What is your favorite dish to make?
My favorite entrée would have to be fried chicken, collard greens, mashed potatoes, and corn.(Finger licking good ).

14. Ok, so you act, model, have a college degree, hold your own, and can provide. Basically you are an incredible catch. So what type of man is compatible with you and matches with your priorities?
My ideal man is a guy that has a desire to succeed, funny, loving, caring, and faithful.

15. Once a man gets your approval, what's the one thing he does that turns your temperature up?
Being very passionate towards me

16. The craziest thing a man has done for you.
I can’t think of anything crazy a man has done for me.

17. The one thing that pertains value to you:
My ability to strive to be the best I can be, as long as I put God first anything is possible.

18. What's your future plans looking like?(upcoming photo shoots, magazines, music videos)
I will be updating my site monthly. I will be featured in the June issue of Fannatic Magazine, and I have a couple of other things on my belt upon approval.

Photobucket

19. Contact info:
www.DominiqueChinn.com Dominique@DominiqueChinn.com www.twitter.com/dominiquechinn , my gentlemen’s club page Platinum City www.twitter.com/platinum_city

20. Any shoutouts?
Mom,DC7UP which is my partner in the owning of Platinum City, John Johnson my little brother ,Valerie Burnett my big sister, Deundre Hicks, www.kaylakouture.com , www.blackgabbydoll.com , www.summerbunnies.com , you for featuring me on your site, and all my fans that are making everything possible for me

Thursday's Tastycake: Alexandra Merejo

Photobucket

Out of all the fine women we see in the entertainment world, a lot of them come from the Dominican Republic (example: Rosa Acosta, Tahiry, Zoe Saldana). This lady is another example. She calls herself "The Dominican Goddess", and rightfully so. Whether it's the world in front of flashing lights or a camera rolling, she carries herself with grace. Whatever basket of eye candies you have, add her to the mix. It's definite that you will see her in the forefront in the near future as she takes on bigger acting roles and magazine shoots. Here's a rising star and I'm proud to give you: Alexandra Merejo.

8. If you had to choose between modeling and acting, which one would you go for and why?
Modeling is another form of acting to me...however I prefer acting in TV and films

9. What would be the perfect photoshoot for you? (You pick the scenery, clothing, photographer, etc. You have all options.)
Shooting with Dave LaChapelle would be awesome!

10. Sometimes you would do photoshoots, in the nude. Why did you decide to go that route?
I'm comfortable with my body...as long as it has artistic integrity I'm down!

11. What magazines/music videos have you appeared in? What are the next ones that's coming up?

12. This might be a stupid question. But most of my girlfriends i went out with all my life were Dominician. So explain to me how Dominican women get to be so appealing. Lol. And when people get excited because you say you are from D.R, how do you feel about that?
I love the passion that Dominican woman bring to the table. Most of us grew up in festive and sheltered environments, that would make it so that we would be able to hold it down at the crib and get it cracking whenever necessary. I think men find that sexy!

13. Explain to me the difficulty of making it as an actress of Hispanic descent or any minority for that matter:
Anything in life requires persistence and dedication...one finds out very quickly if they have what it takes to make it in this industry.

16.. Your opinion on guys in general. You believe there is a soulmate for everyone?
I believe there are various soulmates at different stages in ur life. My soulmates don't only include my lovers it also includes my friends and family.

17. In your opinion(and be totally honest) how long does a couple have to be exclusive before they start heating up the bedroom?
That's depends on the connection and what both parties are looking for. One has to do what works for them and be prepared to deal with consequences of their actions.

18. One quote you live by:
I did you like I did you cause I thought you could take it.

19. What are the future plans for Ms. Merejo
Currently I'm writing and preparing to produce my own show ideas.

Thursday's Tastycake: Niki Sharelle. Sinceer (Part 2)

Photobucket

We all know Sinceer from Flavor of Love 3 and in the last part, she answered questions by getting to the very detail. Some of the issues that were found were the realness of Sinceer/Seezinz "beef" , how low the ladies of the show were being paid, and the hypocrisy that was going on in the house. Eventually what was most important to me was her ability to play her guitar. Sinceer, I'm waiting for you on ustream :) lol.

Well, here's Part 2 of this great interview. Hope you enjoy. She's giving out her number.......sike! ok i got your attention.

(Previous: Sinceer Part 1)

One thing that I saw different after the show. I went on your myspace.....

My boobs?

Of course your boobs! But how bout your "Superman" tattoo on your round applebottom(Sorry. i'm a dude. i Kool-aid smiled from ear to ear when I first saw it) What was the reason for the tat?

Photobucket

(Giggles) I wanted another tattoo. I wanted a superman tattoo but I wanted lips on my ass for the haters. I'm indecisive. I'm a Cancer. Cancers are indecisive. I'll debate on what draws I'm going to wear today. So with the tat I was going back and forth. So I decided for the Superman tat on my butt. So the S can stand for Sexy, Sinceer.....Super-Ass! (Lmao) Superbitch (lol) But it's different. That's why I got it. And it's cute. And it's pink. You can tell it's pink, right?

Yes, I can tell. Thank God I have a good monitor.

I'm going to get another one. Maybe on my boob. I don't know. I might get a tattoo as a tribute to Michael Jackson, because I love that man more than anything in my life. I cried for a week. And I never met him lol. But I really love him.....I mean the Thriller days, not...well you know...Thriller days he was finnnnne. Now I didn't know what he did to himself. But I love him. As a fan. I love his art. He's the greatest, period.

Photobucket

On your myspace it says your single. I don't believe it. Did anyone step up correct?

Lmao! Im picky! When you got your own thing going, you can make a choice. But at the same time, I'm not getting any younger, so I'm trying relaxing on my pickyness. My thing is how you treat me. I dated some not-so-good-looking dudes before. I don't care too much about looks. I care about the connection we have, like how you treat me or do you get on my nerves. Mostly if you get on my nerves. I get irritated very easily. Sometimes I deal with some dudes and they get on my nerves. You ever start dating a chick and they start getting on your nerves and all up in your business?

Oh, definitely. It happened few times before and I would think, Why did I choose you again??

Lmao. Yeaa but I do go out on dates but sometimes I be like fuck it! Because I have so many dudes trying to get at me. Not like I'm the fuckin bomb but when you have so many options its like I don't want to choose. So I'm testing the waters, because I'm at the age where I want to settle down. No, I'm not telling you my age. I'm in my 20s. (laughs) I'm at the age where I'm done bullshittin. Like when I was 18,19 I dated dudes because he had nice rims on his car. Because he had an S-Curl. You know? Stupid shit. But now, you have to have a set goal in your life. At least if you're not there, at least work on it.
I'm not looking for a baby father or anything like that. I have great parental skills. But at the same time I'm like, "What is your motive?" Are you trying to date Nicole or Sinceer? Say I give somebody my number, and they text, "Send me a pic, Sinceer" Damn, Are you serious? Lol. You trying to date Nicole. Sinceer is two year old now. That bothers me. They act like they trying to get to know me but really they want to know the chick from Flavor of Love. Like they'll tell their friends " hey guess who I'm talking to?" like so what? Ain't like the show came out yesterday. It's over. I'm trying to build something else for myself so I can go back to Nicole. But for the fans of Flavor of Love, it's like an obligation. They want to hold on to Sinceer, so I guess it's like an alter-ego.

What magazines/videos have you appeared in?

When I first started, I got asked to do Black Men's and Smooth but I didn't want to do it because after the show I felt exploited. At the same time, magazines get you exposure too. If I want to get out there, I want to do it on my own terms. I guess after the show I didn't trust anybody. But next month there's a brand new magazine that's going to hit stores so I'm going to Atlanta to shoot for that one. Right now I'm in a magazine called Assets. That's just in the South. So I'm building myself up. That and maybe the reality show. I don't want to leave home but in the end I might do it just to get out there for my fans. They want to see me. So if ANY reason I do ANYTHING it's for my fans. Wasn't for that I'll be sitting at home, play my guitar, watching TV. Modeling is a passion of mine, but not the #1 thing for me.

What do you enjoy about modeling?

The photos. The results. I'm not flexible. It hurts standing there having your ass at the camera and turn around so they can see your face. But the results are nice. Thank God for the photographer because a lot of people don't realize the photographer has everything to do with the outcome of your photos. If anyone is trying to pursue modeling, make sure you have a good photographer, especially if you are not used to modeling.

One quote you live by

I live by a lot of quotes. But ultimately I do what makes me happy. I went through a lot in my life and at some point I grew to say "fuck it" It wasn't meant to be. The other day I almost got a DUI

Wow! Lol

Yea, clearly I was over the limit. And I was dwelling on the fact that I got stopped for a DUI but I should be glad that I didn't get charged. You still shocked because it's like 'oh my god' I could have went to jail. So focus on the positive, not the negative.

Word. Glad you got out of that

Hell yea! lol If i was at .08 I would have went to jail. I was at .05 (Damnn) So Don't drink and Drive. Lol. But seriously I've been blessed because there have been times where I drank and drove and don't remember how I got home. And don't look at life as half-empty. Look at it as half-full.

You should have your own reality show

Hell yea! Called, Sincerely Yours, dammit! Call MTV.

LOL at least have your own bottle. Ludacris got Conjure Cognac

I know. It'll probably be a beer. I didn't like beer until the show. Then I grew on it. So I guess I should have my own brewery, huh? Lol. But seriously I'm not an alcoholic. I just do it socially, like go to a happy hour, not sit at home and drink my life away.

Photobucket

What are your future plans?

Hopefully, sooner or later I'll be married and back to normal life. If anything I'm going to continue focus on my sons and make them successful. Sooner or later I got to take my focus off of me and put it on them, because I'll be damned if I have any bums. Hopefully I'll have a Sammy Sosa. Lol.

Any shoutouts?

Shoutout to my fans. No, I call them supporters. I really, really, really.......really appreciate you all. I'm surprised I still have that many people on my side, standing by me, waiting for what I'm going to do next. Because of there I push to go out there. If it wasn't for them, I would just go back to normal.

Contact info.

I got a website called Sinceerly Yours coming soon, probably won't be out until the spring or summer. I will let you all know once that is out but for now:

Thursday's Tastycake: Niki Sharelle. Sinceer

Photobucket

A lot of you remember this face from a popular reality show a few years ago. You probably didn't like her because she appeared to be a bully. You probably joked about her forehead or waited to see what she was going to do next. And some of you watched her on TV, just to get turned on by her chest and Apple Bottom. The bottom line is this: She does everything by her terms, speaks her mind to no limit, and doesn't give a wing of a fuck about your criticism. Few years past, and she's still the same. My hour-long conversation with her was interesting, as if i was talking to my homegirl. She dishes the dirt on reality TV, Seezins, dating and everything in between. So ladies and gentlemen, here's the exclusive interview with Niki Sharelle. You all know her as Sinceer.

Hey wassup!? First to clear things up: Should we continue to call you Sinceer, or start calling you Niki?

Lol (laughs) Ummm I think I should start going by Niki or Nicole, my real name because I don't plan on having to do anything with Sinceer anymore. But without Sinceer you wouldn't know who I am, you know? So I guess you can still call me that if you want to.

That's true but Nicole could be a bigger name tho.

Yea because I may do other reality shows and obviously I can't use Sinceer. So just call me whatever you want. Nicole, Niki, Sinceer.

How was life during the show Flavor of Love 3 being aired?

Umm I got a lot of threats because I was an asshole. (laughs) But at the same time I still had people that gave me a lot of respect because people act like I was being mean for no reason. People didn't realize that they were messing with me and I was standing up for myself. But I guess because I was so mean when I was standing up for myself that no one didn't realize they were picking on me.

Yea but you were always my favorite out the whole show.

Really? I was? Awww thank you :-)

For real. A lot of people asking me "Why you like her so much?" and I said "Because she's defending herself. Couldn't you tell??? (laughs)

People were like "You're so mean! I'mma kill you for what you said to Bunz' mom. blah blah. And I'm like "haven't you seen she talked about my mom twice before I talked back? (laughs) People see things the way they want to see it. I wanted to be the nice guy, not the jerk anyone didn't like. Unfortunately that was the case. You go in the show wanting to portrayed as this and they portray me as something else. That really bothered me after the show. I was so done with anything with VH1 because they made me look bad. And I'm not a bad person. I just speak my mind when I feel I need to. But they portrayed me like Satan's daughter and shit (laughs) and I'm not like that in real life.

How is life now, years after the show?

I'm pretty much modeling. Because of the show, people like my body. Good thing about the show is it does gives you exposure, a foot in the door that you might not have had. I'm not saying I went on Flavor of Love for that. I never modeled, I never did anything else like that before then. But when you're on there, you realize that it's bullshit. (Laughs) Females weren't bullshit but the subject of the show is bullshit. Like the Ray J show, I'm like "Why is everyone upset?" Then he fucks Kim Kardashian. He can get a fuckin bitch. (we both laughing) He doesn't need a show to get a female! But people surprised when it doesn't work out. With me and Flav, people were shocked. People think he couldn't get anybody in the outside world because they think he's ugly. But with Ray J and Bret Michaels, they are nice-looking guys. So why is anyone shocked when it doesn't work out? Because they trying to get themselves exposure.

Tell me the things you're up to these days.

Looking into another reality show. I don't want to say because I'm thinking about it. But it's a popular show that is out right now. If I do go for it I will let everybody know. Also I'm practicing playing the guitar. It's my most favorite instrument in the whole world. And I really needed a hobby, so I picked up playing the electric guitar.

Really? That's Hot!

Don't get me wrong tho. It's hard as hell but I'm so focused on the results in the end.

You and your family from San Diego, right?

Well, just my parents. But we are not from San Diego. We from New Jersey, but we been on the west coast for so long.

How was your childhood like?

I had a pretty good childhood. I was really shy when I was a kid. No one believes that. I was really insecure when I was young until High School. I didn't feel like I fit it. I always hung out with my brother and sister. So it was hard for me to fit in.

What is the one thing you enjoy doing?

Sleep!

(Lmao!)

I enjoy laying in my bed and sleeping! Other than playing the guitar. When I'm good to play one song, I'm going to UStream it.

When you set and better at playing, you got to play me a song

Most definitely. Now it's a bad American Idol audition. But probably in a month or so, I will play one song. I plan to be intermediate by the end of the year. In order for me to be good I got to practice 30 minutes a day, every day. But I'll play for you! I can't wait to play a song!

Nice! I like girls that plays an instrument.

Okay! For real. Its a sexy instrument.

I tried the guitar but turntables caught my attention.

Ok cool! That's wassup. When you play an instrument you got to be dedicated. I spent so much on this so I'm forcing myself to learn. Lol

Here's the punchline. You have to tell me the truth: Was Flavor of Love REAL? Real people looking for love? or script?

There's no script on a reality show because we don't get paid as actors. People try to come in there with certain characters. I honestly didn't know what i was getting myself into. I tried to be genuine so that's why I wanted to be named Sinceer. But obviously there are people that go on there for whatever reason that they want. No script. If anything they try to provoke a situation that you don't care about. An example is someone may say "oh I hope I get in a magazine" and you normally don't care but they will bring it up to attention and make you fight over it. But they can't make a script. They not paying you as actors.

How you feel about other reality shows basically copying off of Flav, like Love of Ray J, Rock of Love, Love blah blah blah?

(Laughs) I'm over it! I don't even watch them! I don't even know who a lot of these reality stars are. When i got there I honestly believed he was looking for somebody. But when I peeped game, I realized it's bullshit. Not the females, but the guys were bullshit. The producers are there to make money. They don't give a fuck about your feelings. They don't give a fuck about anything. They try to make it seem like that but they don't. And to be honest I'm not under contract under them. Fuck them. They just there for money. When I was on there I got paid $100 a day......to get exploited. (Laughs) These motherfuckers are getting paid millions over making you look like a fool. But now that i know that! (Laughs) I can make a decision on what type of show and what I'm getting myself into.

That's what the world goes around. Money and sex. I'm surprised you said $100 a day. That's crazy.

Nooo! People think you all rich. It's whatever you do after the show that gets you money. It's not the show. Maybe if you were a strong character, you may get an offer to do Celebrity Fit Club if you're overweight. But you don't get money from Flavor of Love. If anything, you get exposure to do other things. Flav gets the money. Real and Chance gets the money. Ray J gets the money. I think they get like six figures to do the show while we get $100 a day AND WE'RE the ones that make the show. Not Ray J. Not Flav. The beef between the cast makes the show. But you don't get paid shit. You get peanuts compare to what they getting paid.
You need a backup plan. You can only ride off the show for so long. So if you decide to do a show like that go full force. Exposure.makes a character out of yourself. But if you're going for love, it's not going to work.

Photobucket

Who do you still keep in touch with from the show? Do you still talk to Flav? How is the reaction now?

I don't think anybody talks to Flav anymore. If anything I keep up with Prancer. And Gravy, if you remember her. Everyone else just went there own ways. I dont think they going to do any more "I Love" shows especially after the "Marry a millionaire show" when the homeboy killed his girlfriend. I think they're done. It's too much. It's over-saturated. Its bullshit

I think reality shows are bullshit. I think the producers pick the person and scenarios before the episodes.

You know what? I'm not going to lie. I think the producers choose who they want to keep around. Because I wanted to leave, to be honest. I peeped game, and they tried to make me mad. They let other girls talk to Flav over me. On top of that, we didn't have any chemistry. So how did I last this long? Made me seems like an angry black woman. So I think ultimately they choose who they want in the end. Obviously if you kick off the bitch early, the show is over. I think they knew Ray J's friends was going to embarrass Luscious. They did that on purpose.

Photobucket

Another big question. The "beef" between you and Autumn(Seezinz). Was that real or script? Is it squashed? Can we ever see you two in the same room?

Yes, that was real. We became pretty cool after the show. You get over it especially when you feel played the whole time. The only thing that made me upset about her is she disrespected my dad. That's like the love of my life. Talk about me and I get over it, but don't talk about my family unless you expecting war. That pissed me off. As far as when we in the house, I couldn't stand her at all. But I'm over it. That was years ago. We are grown women. She said she was messing with me because the producers told her to. And they know I don't play. I have a short temper.

And they eliminated her before you.

Because Thing 2 came back for our conflict. But i was sooo over it! To be honest, when Flav sent me home I was like Ok. But they recorded something at the end to make it seems like I cared. But I was over it. I didn't want to be there anyway so when Flav said "Your time is up" I was like "Ok Bye. :-) What the fuck you expect me to do, cry? Fuck you. (laughs) C Ya! Thank God! I was so relieved when I was sent home. I got my life back. There's nothing in the show. No TV, no internet, you can't have your friends over. It's like they force you to go nutty.

That explains a lot about some of these reality stars that act so crazy. I would talk about Danger but this interview is not about her.

(Laughs) Its like you in jail, with food and beer.

You said you was thinking about doing another reality show.

Yea and it's not like Flavor of Love so that's why I may do one this year. But for a while I was over reality shows. It's traumatizing in a way! But this one is not like that. I'm not fighting over a dude. So I'll have more freedom than the Flavor of Love house. If i do one, I'll you know. I should do one because of my attitude.

Part 2 coming tomorrow(includes her intake on men and dating) Stay tuned.....

Thursday's Tastycake: Alakia Monique

Photobucket

If you were/are a college student, you remember how busy you were, with all these papers, exams, projects and anything the professors can do to take up all your time. Then, imagine you also was part of a college talk show, sing and dance, and model for an agency. You think you would be able to do it? I got one woman that can. She's doing all of the above and anything else that can get her to the top. Meet a very determined, yet gorgeous, Georgian Peach, Miss Alakia Monique.

As i seen your bio, I have to say you have many talents/crafts. And your only 20. I got to give you a lot of respect for your ambition.
- Thanks, I believe in striving for any goal there is in life you want to accomplish. I am only 20, But I have big dreams in which I want to turn into reality

What seems a more intriguing fact: That you have many trades or that you are 20, a "prodigy"?
- I'm always willing to learn new things in life.

What got you into modeling?
- The feeling of knowing you can create a nice picture. I think of modeling as a creation

What you like about modeling? What you don't like about it?
- I love modeling because it allows me to be more creative with my appearance. I don’t have a 'bad' side of modeling. I would recommend all aspiring Models to be very determined and also learn to become an independent worker. The industry is very competitive so you must have self motivation in order to survive...

I congratulate you on continuing your education at Georgia State. To you, how important is it to gain education for young adults like you and I? And what is your major?
- Gaining Education is the key to success. My major is Childhood Education; My Grandmother is a retired Elementary teacher, watching her as a child added to my decision for becoming a Pre-K or 1st grade teacher.

One thing I want to address is the talk show you are a part of: The Express Lane by Play J productions. You guys are not afraid to tackle any issue that had to be addressed. How did the idea of Express Lane came about?

--- The idea of The Express Lanes Co- Founder and Present is my good friend James Camper. He simply wanted to discuss many topics that college students are ‘frightened’ to talk about amongst each other. We’ve had topics such as; Sex in college, Gays in America, and absent fathers.

So what does Freedom of Speech means to you?
- The ability to express your feelings, and/or concerns without hesitation.

What do you think is the most controversial topic to discuss. Why? and how would you address it?
- Absent Fathers in Americas; I would use my success as a young African American female as an example. Statistics state that most females with absent fathers are most likely to quit high school, etc. basically fall of track. I’m doing the exact opposite.

Ok let me stop being serious lol. You going through exams, class notes and all that. What does Alakia like to do in her free time?

--- I love, love, love to dance and I also sing, shop, and go places to eat ( I LOVE FOOD-LOL ) with my family whenever we're not busy.. I’m very family orientated

Since you're in Georgia, let me ask you: Is Atlanta really the hot spot that EVERYONE perceive it to be?
--- Atlanta is a busy city-lol. I'm from Augusta Ga so things are a little slower here.

Your favorite artists?
---- My favorite artist is Beyonce Knowles - She is a very good performer. I can see a true passion for singing/dancing whenever she performs; she gives her all.

Who you prefer? Jeezy? Gucci? Tip?
--- lol- I would have to say Gucci, only because that’s the only artist I listen to out of the three.

How was your high school life? How many dudes try to holla at you? Lol

In High School I was Cheerleader (4 years) I was also a member of Renaissance Leadership ( 2years) and a Senior Adopter , I worked at Sonic's to help my mom with housing bills. I was a very busy young lady; but I knew I wanted to do all that I could throughout high school so giving up or quitting was not an option.

Say a dude see you from across the street. And wanted to holla(it probably happens everyday lol). He steps up to you. What does he have to do to get your number?

---- Approach me with a nice demeanor. That includes your physical and mental

Out of all the hobbies that you have, what is the one hobby you see yourself doing from here on out?
---- Dancing, exercising –lol staying in shape!

What magazines/videos will we see you next in?
---- Urban Films.net , FLY music Video, and this artist by the name of IShowtime Music Video

What will you be doing 5 years from now?
-- Successful; Traveling to Modeling jobs all over the world - lol
